Can you tell me a bit about Webzio?
Webzio is a unique graphic design and web development company headquartered in New York City. We offer “complete” web design and development services to large and small companies, as well as “a la carte” graphic design and programming services to firms and freelancers.

What do I get for referring a customer to Webzio?
When someone you refer clicks on your special Webzio referral link and places an order, you’ll earn 10% of their order as credit that you can apply towards your future orders.

How long are my credits good for?
The credits you earn are good for 6 months from the date they’re applied to your account. Credits are awarded once the person you referred pays for their order in full.

Are credits automatically applied to my next order?
You have full control over how you use your credits. When you login to place an order, your available credits will automatically appear on the ‘Pay and Submit’ page.

Do you offer tools to make referring easy?
Yes we do! Referring is super easy and is automated for everyone. You can share your special Webzio referral link via Facebook, Twitter, and your email contacts using the tools in the Webzio Customer Center. Alternatively, you can post the link anywhere you want.

Can I request that you sign my NDA?
Absolutely! Contact us and we’ll tell you where to send it. You can also upload it on our Request a Quote forms.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

Can I pay monthly instead of by project?
Webzio offers a corporate account to businesses who prefer to pay for services once a month, instead of by project. This option applies to Webzio’s A La Carte services only. Please contact us for details.
PSD to HTML

What does the basic service include?
When you order PSD to HTML conversion, your order will include:
- - Hand Coded, Pixel-Perfect Markup
- - Tableless XHTML 1.0 Transitional Code (1.0 Strict and HTML5 are available for an additional fee)
- - Search Engine Optimized Semantic Code
- - Optimized Shorthand CSS
- - Cross Browser Compatible Code
- - W3C Valid Code

What are the turnaround times for PSD to HTML orders?
The turnaround time depends on your project requirements. Your single-page order or multi-page order can be completed in as little as 1 day if necessary. Simply specify the turnaround time you require by choosing from between 1-7 business days.

What types of source files do you accept?
Layed PSD (Adobe Photoshop) or PNG (Adobe Fireworks) files are preferred. Layered TIFF files are acceptable. Files must be in RGB mode, not CMYK. If they’re in CMYK, we’ll covert them to RGB and send them back to you for approval. This can result in project delays for which we are not responsible.
If you only have a flattened image, please be sure to list which fonts were used.
If you only have an AI, EPS, or PDF file, we’ll convert it to Photoshop for you, for a nominal fee. Tell us the width of the page in pixels (px), so it’s sure to look exactly as you intended. Before we begin the PSD to HTML conversion, we’ll send the files back to you for approval. This can cause a delay in your project, for which we are not responsible.

What browsers do you support?
We support Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3.5+, Google Chrome, Safari 4+ and Opera 10+. We don’t support IE6 anymore because Microsoft doesn’t want us to (thankfully).

Can you upload my site for me, or install my CMS and theme for me?
Sure, we can do that for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we’ll get you a quote.
If you simply want us to upload your static pages to your web host or server, we’ll need your FTP credentials with access to phpMyAdmin if possible.
If you want us to upload your CMS (WordPress, Drupal, etc.), your theme, plugins, and content, we’ll also need your database hostname, database name, and password.

What if I find a mistake or something doesn’t look right to me?
If something doesn’t look right to you, we want to know right away. We offer convenient tools that allow you to collaborate with us visually. When viewing a completed page in the CustomerCenter, simply click the ‘Send to ConceptShare’ button, and a screenshot of that page will automatically be uploaded to a private ConceptShare workspace, where you can easily post comments that are immediately sent to us in real-time. We’ll process the corrections, and then upload the new files to your account.

Can I submit revisions or change order requests?
If you would like to change something on an order that has not been processed yet, simply login to the Customer Center, go to the project in question, and post your comments. Make sure you attach any necessary files for our review.
If your order is already in production and your request requires additional work, we’ll send you a quote.

Do you offer a guarantee on your PSD to HTML service? Yes
Yes we do! We make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service. If a completed page doesn’t look like your original design file, we’ll quickly process the necessary corrections and post the updated files in your account. If every reasonable effort has been made to correct your page in a timely manner, and your page clearly does not look like your original design file, we’ll issue you a refund with our apologies.

Can you sign our NDA?
We’re more than happy to review your NDA and sign it, providing we don’t have any issues with the terms. We’ll contact you if we have any concerns.

Will my client know that I used an outsourcing service?
Absolutely not! Our services are 100% confidential and we take the privacy of our customers very seriously. Here’s the link to our Privacy Policy. We only display customer testimonials and projects in our portfolio when a customer has given us express written permission to do so.
