1. Webzio Grow.Pro comes free for 12-months with each new website we build. Websites we built prior to the release of Webzio Grow are not eligible for this promotion.
2. We'll manually update your WordPress theme and plugins so your website is always up-to-date. We configure the WordPress core software to update automatically.
3. Most of the WordPress plugins and some of the base WordPress themes we use require annual fees to receive on-going software updates. As a Webzio Grow member, you'll never have to pay for WordPress theme and plugin renewal fees - a huge savings to you.

WordPress theme and plugin developers are always improving their software too. And they need to make sure their software is always compatible with the latest WordPress release.
There's no way around it: someone has to keep your WordPress website current with all available updates.
As a Webzio Grow member, you'll never have to lift a finger, let alone think about updating your site.
We'll update your WordPress website for you once a month.
And if an important security update is ever released (as they sometimes are) we'll update your website right away.

General Questions
When does my Webzio Grow plan start?
Your Webzio Grow plan starts the date your new website goes live.
Do unused images rollover?
No, each month starts over. If you don’t use your Free Images perk in a certain month, the image(s) you did not use do not rollover to the next month.
Do unused Marketing/Business Consultations rollover?
No, each quarter starts over. If you don’t use your Marketing/Business Consultation perk in a certain quarter, it does not rollover to the next quarter.
What if I want additional Marketing/Business Consultation time?
Additional time is available. Weekly and biweekly Marketing/Business Consultation plans are available.
Can I host my Webzio WordPress website with a different web hosting company?
Yes, you can host your Webzio WordPress website with a different web hosting company. However, if you do, you cannot be a Webzio Grow customer and you cannot access any Webzio Grow perks, even if you are in your Free 12-months of Webzio Grow.Pro period.
To access Webzio Grow perks, your Webzio WordPress website must be hosted by Webzio.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Webzio Grow account?
You can upgrade your Webzio Grow account anytime you wish.
You can downgrade your Webzio Grow account anytime too, as long as you haven't used your Marketing/Business Consultation perk for the quarter. If you have used it, your account can be set to downgrade starting the next quarter.
Does Webzio Grow require an annual contract?
No, Webzio Grow.Basic is month-to-month.
Webzio Grow.Pro and Grow.Premier require a quarterly (3-month) commitment.
If I cancel my Webzio Grow account, can I get a refund?
No, if you cancel your Webzio Grow account you will continue to have access to your Webzio Grow perks until then end of the period for which you last paid.

What if I need extra images?
The Grow.Pro Free Images perk gets you 2 free iStock images a month.
If you need more you can purchase additional Essential iStock images for $9.00 each and additional Signature iStock images for $27.00 each.
If you find you often need more than 2 images a month, consider upgrading to Grow.Premium to save money.
